Enter me, your wedding day bestie, ensuring you kick back and bask in the joy while I juggle everything behind the scenes. I'm your go-to gal, orchestrating a flawless day from start to finish - handling any little hiccup with a smile. From table settings to supplier wrangling, I've got your back! PACKAGES: 3 HOURS of task-wrangling before the big I-do’s! Hand me your to-do list and watch the magic unfold. Maybe it’s accepting floral deliveries with a smile or welcoming the celebrant. Did you want me to make sure Grandma has a seat or the groomsmen have a beer? Do your tables require those final styling elements you’ve planned like name cards, napkins, and guest favors? As an interior designer with a flair for styling, I can help! Maybe it's time to roll out the welcome sign, menu cards, and other unique signage. It’s up to you here, 3 hours of your to=do-list! $495 (eg. 11.30am - 2.30pm) 8 HOURS A full day of coordination with planning starting a month prior. - Looking in depth to understand and oversee your wedding plans. - Touch base with suppliers to confirm details and timeframes. - Create or review timeline and runsheet. - Coordinate and welcome vendors and accept goods on your behalf on the day. - Your go-to-girl should any concerns be flagged on the day. First point of contact. You may also need: - Handover of final payments on the day. - Set up of table decoration and signage as per your plans. $1320 (eg. 9.30am - 5.30pm) 10 HOURS This is inclusive of everything in the 8 hour package with a little extra time to make sure everything runs smoothly into the night.
